Applicant: St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Church, 1185 North Wymore Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests preliminary review of plans to demolish a portion of the existing 6,656 square foot House of Worship, remove modular buildings, and add approximately 31,938 square feet to the 2.39± acre site. The property has an Orange County R-1AA, Single-Family Residential District Zoning Designation.

Request: The applicant requests a variance to allow a fence four (4) feet in height to remain in the required front yard along Magnolia Road and Leslie Terrace (Platted as Magnolia Terrace) in lieu of the maximum permitted fence height of two and one-half feet (2½’).

      Applicant: The application is submitted by Marcent Sandspur Investments, Inc., 5401 Kirkman Road, Suite 650, Orlando, Florida 32819.

      Location: 1551 Sandspur Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request:  The applicant requests to amend the Planned Development District to add medical office uses. As proposed these uses would be combined with other uses such as insurance companies, accounting firms, engineers and software consulting firms. The medical users proposed are General Practitioners, Ob GYN’s, Orthopedic Specialists, Pediatricians, Radiologists, and so forth.
