1.      Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Introductions

2.      Approval of Meeting Summary from July 18, 2013

3.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2013-03 (AZ)(PD) 544 Mayo Avenue Zoning Amendment Planned Development - Option 2.

Request: The applicant requests to amend the existing PD, planned development zoning district, to obtain approval for a Grief Counseling Center to be located at 544 Mayo Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: The property is located to the east of U.S. 17-92 fronting Mayo Avenue

Applicant: The application has been filed by New Hope for Kids, Inc., 205 East SR 436, Fern Park, Florida 32730. The current property owners are Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando, 544 Mayo Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751.

4.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2013-04 (AZ)(PD) 613 Concourse Parkway South Zoning Amendment Planned Development - Option 2.

Request: The applicant requests to amend the existing PD, planned development zoning district to allow an educational institution (kindergarten through eighth grade) to be located at The Orlando Congregation Ohev Shalom, 613 Concourse Parkway South, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: The property is located at 613 Concourse Parkway South, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Applicant: The application has been filed by The Orlando Congregation Ohev Shalom, 413 Concourse Parkway South, Maitland, Florida 32730.

5.      Any Other Business the Committee Deems Advisable
