Applicant: Art & History Museums – Maitland, 231 West Packwood Avenue, Maitland Florida 32751

Location: 231 West Packwood Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request:  The applicant requests preliminary review of proposals to remodel shuffleboard court and to remodel and add 1,012 ± square feet to the Germaine Marvel Building. The property is located in the Cultural Corridor zoning district.

4.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2013-02 (AZ)(PD) 1000 Sanford Avenue

Applicant: Scott Stearns, Bowyer-Singleton & Associates, Inc., 520 South Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801.

Location: The subject properties have Orange County Property Appraiser parcel identification numbers of 30-21-30-5575-02-000; 30-21-30-5575-00-110; and 30-21-30-5575-00-200. The site is located to the north of Mayo Avenue along Sanford Avenue.

Request: The applicant requests to change the current zoning classification from RS-3 single-family residential district to a PD, Planned Development District and to obtain approval of a development plan to construct an office building for use by the Home Builders Association on the site. (Note: Any PD approval is contingent upon the approval and finalization of the application for Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) amendment, to establish a Professional Office Land Use category for the site.)

5.      Revision of Development Plan: 8601 Summit Centre Way

Applicant: Erik Madsen, P.E., Landon, Moree & Associates, Inc., 31622 US Highway 19 North, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.

Location: 8601 Summit Centre Way, Orlando, Florida (within the City of Maitland).

Request: The applicant requests a change to the approved Planned Development at to allow an addition of 330 square feet to the existing 2,986.98 square foot building as a revision to the development plan. As proposed the addition will exceed the 5 percent of the building square footage.
