3.      Discussion: Petition 2013-01(ALU) 1000 Sanford Avenue Comprehensive Development Plan Amendment

Applicant: Scott Stearns, Bowyer-Singleton & Associates, Inc., 520 South Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801.

Location: 1000 Sanford Avenue, Maitland, Florida.

Request: This item is a cursory review of the Comprehensive Development Plan Amendment. The City Code specifies that the DRC will meet and provide a summary for the Planning and Zoning Commission (not a recommendation at this time) regarding the proposed amendment. (See Article IV. Sec.7.5-23 III. (a-j) for the only items to be commented on at this time.)

4.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2013-01 (BZA) 1761 Chippewa Trail,

Applicant: Amy and Bobbie Gordon, 1761 Chippewa Trail, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location:  1761 Chippewa Trail, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicants request a variance to the side yard requirement to permit an addition to the residence to be constructed from 6.57 feet to 6.70 feet in lieu of the required 7.5 feet. The subject property is located within an RS-2, single-family residential district.
