3.   Recommendation: Petition No. 2012-02 (ALU) Maitland Concourse North (MCN)

Applicant: BPL Maitland Concourse North, LLC, P.O. Box 3010, Winter Park, Florida 32790

Location: The property is generally located on the north side of Maitland Boulevard, east of I-4 and west of Maitland Avenue, between Concourse Parkway and Lake Faith Villas.

Request: This is an application for an amendment to the 2030 Comprehensive Development Plan (2030 CDP). The application has been submitted by the property owner, BPL Maitland Concourse North, LLC, P.O. Box 3010, Winter Park, Florida 32790. The request includes CDP Text Amendments as well as Future Land Use Map Amendments.

Applicant: Elizabeth Tiedtke, 1300 S. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: 1300 S. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests preliminary review of proposal to add 8,761 square feet on ground floor and 2,737 square feet proposed second floor addition to the existing 6,713 square foot facility. The property is a Planned Development.

5.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2012-01 (ANX) Voluntary Annexation - 1205 /1241 N. Orlando Avenue & 1254 Lewis Drive (Don Reid Ford, Inc.)

Applicant: Don Reid Ford, Inc., 1875 S. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: The property is generally west of US 17-92, south of the CSX Railroad overpass; north of Glendon Parkway; and east of Lewis Drive.

Request: Don Reid Ford, Inc., requests voluntary annexation of property into the City, consistent      with the Joint Planning Area Agreement (JPA) with Orange County. This annexation includes portions of rights- of- way for Lewis Drive, Elvin Avenue and Benjamin Avenue.
