Applicant:  Contravest Development Partners, LLC 237 Westmonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714.

Location: 545 S. Keller Road, Maitland, Florida.

Request: The applicant requests preliminary review of proposal to construct a multifamily development consisting of 251 units. The property is located in the OC, Office Commercial District.

4.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2012-04 (BZA) 530 E. Trotters Drive

Applicant: Keller Outdoor Florida, 2150 Marquette Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32773

Location: 530 E. Trotters Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests a variance to permit the repair/reconstruction of an existing 5-foot wall and 5-foot 8 inch columns, along with the addition of a 5-foot entry gate, in lieu of the maximum permitted fence height of two and one-half (2½’), within a required front yard. The property is located in the RS-1A zoning district.

5.      Discussion: BPL Maitland Concourse North, LLC Comprehensive Plan Amendment: This item is a cursory review of the project. The City Code specifies that the DRC will meet and provide a summary for the Planning and Zoning Commission (not a recommendation at this time) regarding the proposed amendment. (See Article IV. Sec.7.5-23 III. (a-j) for the only items to be commented on at this time.)
