1.      Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Introductions

2.      Pre-Application: Maitland Town Properties

Applicant:  Maitland Town Properties, LLC, 500 Winderley Place, Suite 224, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: East Packwood Avenue, West of Lake Nina, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests preliminary review of a proposal for the construction of four townhome buildings totaling thirteen units, with access to the development from a non-exclusive ingress/egress easement from E. Packwood Avenue.  

3.      Pre-Application: 150 George Avenue and Lot 2, Anthony Manor (West Horatio Avenue)

Applicant: Gordon Anthony, 1333 Sunset Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32789

Location: 150 George Avenue and Lot 2, Anthony Manor, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests to receive comment on the creation of three lots from two properties with access via a paved driveway. 

4.      Recommendation: Chapter 8, Section 14. Shoreline Alteration and Landscaping of the City Code of Ordinances to amend the process for subjecting violators to penalties and providing a permitting appeals process.

5.      Any Other Business the Committee Deems Advisable
