Location: The property is located at 400/450 S. Orlando Avenue (N.E. Corner of S. Orlando Avenue and Ventris Avenue), Maitland, FL 32751

Request: The application has been filed for a Major Change to an approved site plan pursuant to Section 7.5-85. Revision of Site Plan of the Maitland City Code. The applicant requests to amend the approved site plan to remove a condition of approval for the Reciprocal Cross Access Easement between the subject property and the property to the north (the location of the Walgreens Drug Store).

7.      Recommendation–Amend NorthBridge Development Agreement

Request: The applicant requests to amend Northbridge Development Agreement the following changes are proposed 1) Clarify the cross access easement 2) Add undergrounding of overhead utilities 3) Delete temporary banking facilities 3) Incorporate revised timeline 4) Include landscape plans as part of Exhibit “D” 5) Delete Exhibit “E” Schematic Elevations and provide revised Exhibit “E” as New Elevations.
