2.      Approval of Meeting Summary from August 11, 2011

3.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2011-01 (SUB) 630 & 660 Live Oak Street and 411/455/457 Manor Road

      Applicant: Robert Miller, FAIA, 1201 Fairview Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789

      Location: 630 & 660 Live Oak Street and 411/455/457 Manor Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests a final subdivision plat to replat five existing lots into seven lots. The properties are located in the RS-3, single-family residential district.

4.      Pre-Application: Lot 1, Uptown Maitland

Applicant: David Glunt, P.E, 431 E. Horatio Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: Northeast corner of N. Orlando Avenue and Sybelia Parkway.

Request: The applicant requests preliminary comments for a proposed multifamily development for seniors composed of 90 affordable housing units as well as 3,670 square feet of potential retail/office/flex space. As submitted the development is for seniors from 55 years of age and older.

5.      Continuation of discussion of proposed amendments to Chapter 7.5.

6.      Any Other Business the Committee Deems Advisable
