3. Recommendation:  Abandonment of Right-of-Way - 606 Minnehaha Lane

Applicant: Jon C. Wood, 606 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751
Location: The property is located at 606 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting a portion of Minnehaha Lane, east of Minnehaha Road to be abandoned.

4. Recommendation:  Petition No. 2005-02 (PCU) 341 N. Orlando Avenue

Applicant: Nextel, 851 Trafalgar Court, Suite 300 East, Maitland, FL 32751.
Location: The property is located at the First Presbyterian Church, 341 North Orlando Avenue, Maitland, FL 32751.
Request: The applicant is requesting to construct an unmanned Nextel equipment room on the ground floor and extend the height of the bell tower to eighty feet to accommodate the installation of stealth antennas mounted on the bell tower.

5. Recommendation:  Petition No. 2005-05 (BZA) 1646 Ridgewood Avenue

Applicant: Luke A. Nicholson, 1646 Ridgewood Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751
Location: The property is located at 1646 Ridgewood Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751, Lots 5 and 6, Block “J”, Dixie Terrace Unit #2.
Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a duplex on lot #6 of the property and is requesting to change the side setback requirement along the north property line of lot #6 from 10’ to 7.5’setback.and change the front setback requirement along the south property line (Alpine Drive) of lot #6 from 20’ to 16’.
