1.      Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Introductions

2.      Approval of Meeting Summary from April 21, 2011

3.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2011-01 (ALU) 2012-2016 CIP, Capital Improvements Element (CIE)/Public Schools Facilities Element (PSFE) and Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for Schools (ILA)

Applicant:  City of Maitland, 1776 Indepedence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location:  Citywide

Request: Annual CIP Five-year update and includes modifications to the Public School Facilities Element Capital Improvement Element relating to Orange County Public Schools and includes a proposed Amendments to the existing Interlocal Agreement for Schools (ILA).

4.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2011-02 (ALU)  201 Monroe Avenue

Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location:  Citywide

Request: This request is for the addition of a Future Land Use Element, Policy and Standards to the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), which would allow a mix of residential scale retail and personal service uses within the high density residential land use districts where the district is contiguous to a rail line and adjacent to Downtown Maitland.
