DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

3.       Recommendation–Petition No. 2006- 08 (BZA) 100 Tangelo Court

Applicant: Gary and Elizabeth Abely

Location: 100 Tangelo Court, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicants request the following variances: 1) to permit a swimming pool to be located nearer to the front line than the residence adjacent to the southern front property line; 2) to permit additions to an existing structure (swimming pool & screen enclosure) that will extend within 10 feet of the southern front property line in lieu of the required 20 feet. 

4.       Recommendation–Petition No. 2006-07 (BZA) 240 North Lake Sybelia Drive

Applicant: Henry N. Didier, Jr.

Location: 240 North Lake Sybelia Drive

      Request: The applicant requests the following variances: 1) to allow the nearest point of the constructed residence to be located twenty-four and one-half feet (24½’) on the northern property line in lieu of the twenty-five foot (25’) required front yard; 2) to allow the nearest point of the constructed residence to be located not less than eight feet (8’) from the eastern property line in lieu of the ten foot (10’) required side yard; 3) to allow the nearest point of the constructed swimming pool (excluding deck) to be located not less than nine and one-half feet (9½’) from the eastern property line in lieu of the of the thirteen foot (13’) required side yard for swimming pools; 4) to allow the nearest point of a proposed accessory structure (cabana) to be constructed not less than six feet (6’) from the eastern property line in lieu of the ten foot (10’) required side yard; 5) to allow the nearest point of the proposed accessory structure (cabana) to be constructed not less than nine feet (9’) from the southern property line in lieu of the ten foot (10’) required side yard.
