3.      Recommendation: Maitland West Side Master Redevelopment Plan

Applicant:  City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland Florida

Location:  Properties west of Interstate Four within the City of Maitland

Request:  The applicant request approval of the Maitland West Side Master Redevelopment Plan. During the EAR process, the Maitland West Side area was identified as one of five target areas for review. The purpose of the Maitland West Side Master Redevelopment Plan is to provide an organized way for the City and private property owners to work together to facilitate the productive and organized redevelopment of the properties west of I-4 within the City limits.

4.      Pre-Application Meeting Live Oak Street/Manor Road

Applicant: Larry Kamenoff, Kamenoff-Hughes, P.O. Box 160579, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32716

Location: Live Oak Street/Manor Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests preliminary review of a proposal to create seven single family lots from five existing parcels along with a new road for access. The property is located in the RS-3, single family residential.
