Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751
Location: The property is located at 600, 604, 610, 630, 650, 680, 720, and 750 South Lake Sybelia Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting to abandon the platted right-of-way of Lake Shore Drive that exist within the properties of 600 – 750 South Lake Sybelia Drive, simultaneously acquiring new right of way by means of a deed from the affected property owners.
4. Recommendation: Petition No. 2005-05 (SUB) Final-Maitland Square (Keller/Fennel)

Applicant: Alec String (Bryce Foster Corporation), P.O. Box 547841, Orlando, Florida 32854
Location: The property is located at 1776 Fennell Street, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting to replat a portion of Lot 124 of W.R. Munger’s Land. The Final Subdivision Plat is to include five lots with Tracts “A” through “D”. These tracts will incorporate such as ingress/egress, sidewalk, parking drainage, utilities, open space, landscaping, and additional right-of-way to be conveyed to the City of Maitland.
