3. Recommendation - Right-of-Way Abandonment - Perry Street

Applicant: Cecil Allen, 1111 Audubon Way, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: The property is located along Perry Street, south of 840 Mulberry Street

Request: The applicant is requesting to abandon the City-owned portion of Perry Street. The remaining portion of Perry Street is within the limits of the Town of Eatonville and is not part of the right-of-way abandonment.
4. Recommendation - Petition No. 2005-02 (AZ) (PD) (SUB) The Woods at Park Lake

Applicant: KB Home Orlando, LLC, 8403 South Park Circle, Suite 670, Orlando, Florida 32819

Location: The property (two vacant lots) is located along the east and west sides of Grove Street.

Request: The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to a Planned Development to allow for a community of 144 townhomes and to replat the two vacant lots into 144 lots with tracts "A" through "E" also as part of the subdivision plat.
5. Pre-application -2200 Lucien Way

Applicant: Lochrane Engineering, Inc., 201 South Bumby Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32803

Location: The property is located at 2200 Lucien Way, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant is requesting to add thirty-two parking spaces to their site.
6. Pre-application - Manor Road Subdivision

Applicant: Kelly, Collins & Gentry, Inc., Engineering and Planning, 1700 North Orange Avenue, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida 32804

Location: The property is located at 700 Manor Road, Maitland, Florida 32751, Lake Maitland Manor Subdivision, part of Block "A".

Request: The applicant is requesting to replat part of Block "A" of the Lake Maitland Manor subdivision into four separate lots with canal or lake property.
