3. Recommendation - Petition No. 2005-01 (AZ) Cultural Corridor Zoning Amendment

Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751
Location: Lake Lily Park to Horatio Avenue along Maitland Avenue
Request: The applicant is requesting to amend Section 21-19a. and Section 21-6 Matrix 1 District Requirements for the Cultural Corridor District of the Maitland City Code. The proposed amendment would establish the Floor Area Ratio at .66 within the Cultural Corridor Zoning District.
4. Recommendation - Maitland Square (Keller/Fennell) Developers Agreement

Applicant: Bryce Foster Corporation, P.O. Box 547841, Orlando, Florida 32854
Location: Southwest corner of Fennell Street and Keller Road, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a restaurant/retail building approximately 15,000 square feet and two or more buildings, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet of retail and professional office space.
5. Recommendation - Petition No. 2005-04 (SUB) Stanford Oaks Subdivision Final

Applicant: Charles C. Stanford, Jr., 1429 Ferris Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32803
Location: 255 West Sybelia Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting to replat Lots 13 and 14 (less southerly 185 feet), Block "B" of Greenwood Acres into two lots.
6. Recommendation - Petition No. 2005-04 (SPR) Uptown Maitland East

Applicant: Vincent I. Pellicane, Jr., 700 21st Street, Naples, Florida 34102
Location: Northeast corner of Sybelia Parkway North and George Avenue
Request: The applicant is requesting to construct two (2) buildings consisting of ninety-three (93) condominium units, retail and office space, parking garage and swimming pool.
7. Recommendation - Petition No. 2005-03 (SPR) Bovis Center (Cogan)

Applicant: Cogan Bros-Prevatt, LLC, 541 South Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751
Location: 245 South Maitland Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting a two-story office building in the Cultural Corridor district.
8. Recpmmendation - Petition No. 2005-03 (AZ) (PD) Maitland Lofts

Applicant: Klein Company, 1700 Market Street, Suite 2600, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103
Location: 8701 Maitland Summit Boulevard, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting to develop an apartment and condominium community of three hundred (300) units. Of the total units, there will be a four-story (plus loft area) apartment building with two hundred and nineteen (219) apartments and a four-story condominium building to include eighty-one (81) condominium units.
9. Discussion - Petition N. 2005-02 (AZ) (PD) The Woods at Park Lake

Applicant: KB Home Orlando, LLC, 8403 South Park Circle, Suite 670, Orlando, Florida 32819
Location: The property (two vacant lots) is located along the east and west sides of Grove Street
Request: The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to a Planned Development to allow for a gated condominium community of 144 lots/units.
10. Discussion - Petition No. 2005-02 (SUB) The Woods at Park Lake

Applicant: KB Home Orlando, LLC, 8403 South Park Circle, Suite 670, Orlando, Florida 32819
Location: The property (two vacant lots) is located along the east and west sides of Grove Street
Request: The applicant is requesting to replat the two vacant lots, one located on the east and the other on the west side of Grove Street into 144 lots with Tracts "A" through "E" also as part of the subdivision replat.
11. Recommendation - Sawmill Property Developers Agreement

Applicant: Sawmill Center LLP, 200 Pasadena Place, Orlando, Florida 32803
Location: The property is located at 711 Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting a developers agreement for 40,000 square feet of habitable space consisting of a three-story building and a one-story restaurant building. The commercial uses are to be less than 40,000 square feet and to include a bank, retail and office space and 7,000 square feet of restaurant space.
