3. Recommendation – Petition No. 2005-01 (AZ) (PD) Preliminary-Kalmanson

Location: The property is located at 800 North Maitland Avenue, in the City of Maitland.
Request: The applicant is requesting to change the zoning classification from RS-4 to PD for a 17,388 square foot office building.
4. Recommendation – Right-of Way Abandonment – Broad Street Partners

Location: The property is located at SW1/4 – SW1/4 of Section 30, Township 21 S, Range 30 E.
Request: The applicant is requesting to change the zoning classification of the Delroy Park Subdivision from RS-1, Single Family Residential to RS-1A, Single Family Residential District.
10. Recommendation – Petition No. 2005-01 (SPR) AmSouth Bank

Applicant: Shoppes of Maitland L.L.C., 7505 West Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32789
Location: The property is located at 400 South Orlando Avenue (N.E. Corner of S. Orlando Avenue and Packwood Avenue), Maitland, FL 32751
Request: The applicant is requesting a Site Plan Review for a 3,820 square foot bank and a 9,100 square foot mixed use center.
