3. Recommendation: Notice of Proposed Changed (NOPC) The Summit Parcels 1B,1C and 1D
Applicant: Oasis Condominium, LLC, and Dwell Apartments, LLC, c/o The Klein Company 1735 Market Street, Suite 4040, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103 and Orlando Sportsplex, Ltd. 8701 Maitland Summit Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32810.
Location: The Summit Parcels 1B, 1C, and 1D
Request: The applicant seeks approval to: 1) Modify the development program for Parcels 1B and 1D by reducing the approved 300 multi-family residential units to 219 units. 2) Add 210 hotel rooms to the development program for Parcels 1 B and 1D. A traffic analysis, submitted addresses the decrease in multi-family residential units and the addition of 210 hotel rooms to demonstrate that the decrease in multi-family residential units and addition of 210 hotel rooms will not increase the currently approved number of trips for these parcels. 3) Add an equivalency factor to the conversion matrix in order to allow land use conversions between Hotel and other uses within the development. 4) Revise Map H to include Hotel as an approved use to the Development Program. 5) Extend the buildout date, the termination date, and the date prior to which the approved development cannot be subject to down zoning or intensity reduction to December 30, 2013. 6) Revise the requirement for “annual” reporting to “biennial” reporting. .
