WELCOME to our CRA meeting. In the interest of time efficiency, the following will prevail for comments by the public. Each speaker will be permitted 5 minutes to state his case. Group presentations will be permitted 3 speakers including the spokesperson - each being limited to 5 minutes. No speakers will be interrupted. THANK YOU for participating in your City Government.

  a. Authorize the CRA Manager to sign a contract for the construction of the Maitland Boulevard Off-Ramp by Cathcart Constructing Company of Winter Park, Florida. Contract amount not to exceed $3,667,845.14.
b. Approval of Architectural Review/Oversight contract (continuing services contract) with the firm of C.T Hsu + Associates of Orlando, FL for the purpose of providing plan compliance review for the redevelopment project to be known as The Lake Lily Village. Contract amount, not to exceed $27,165.00. [Staff presentation: Verl Emrick, CRA Dir.]
