WELCOME to our Community Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting. In the interest of time efficiency, the following will prevail for comments by the public. Each speaker will be permitted 5 minutes to state his case. Group presentations will be permitted 3 speakers including the spokesperson - each being limited to 5 minutes. No speakers will be interrupted. THANK YOU for participating in your City Government.

VI.        Board Discussion Items:
1.                  Discussion prior to Council Action on revising the TCEA Comprehensive Plan Amendment—Response to DCA. Comments Received on January 12, 2009 [60 day response time]. Council to take Action –February 23, 2009
2.                  Discussion – Amendments to the DMRP [Assign Timelines for Task Implementation] :
a.              Land Use regulations,-- Revised Zoning Regulations—Creation of New District    Downtown Development District
b.             Streamlining Develop Review and Approval Process
c.              Insertion of Updated CIP Numbers and Projects
d.             Finalization of the CRA Development Design Standards
3.                  Report by Finance Department – TIF  generation and projection
VII.          Public Period
VIII.       Decision/Action Items :   
1.                  Presentation of Master Contract for Land Development Innovation, (LDI)-Continuing Services -No funding  level requested – will come to the Board for funding of individual work orders
2.                  Discussion /Action by the Board on proposed changes in the BY-Laws.
