WELCOME to our Joint City Council/ Community Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting. In the interest of time efficiency, the following will prevail for comments by the public. Each speaker will be permitted 5 minutes to state his case. Group presentations will be permitted 3 speakers including the spokesperson - each being limited to 5 minutes. No speakers will be interrupted. THANK YOU for participating in your City Government.




I.               Call to Order

II.             Pledge of Allegiance

III.           Public Hearings:

·         Revision to Section 15: Covenants and Terms, of the Trevi Development, Inc. Development Agreement to Extend the term of the effective date for a period not to exceed five (5) years.

·         Amendment of  Development Agreement between the City of Maitland and The Village At Lake Lily, LLC to provide for the following:

                 1. Under “Recitals”, in the seventh (7th) “Whereas” paragraph, subparagraph (i) is amended to state: “a maximum of

                   450 residential units”. 


2.  In Exhibit C, “Conceptual Site Plan”, under “Project Information”, the second “bullet point” (i.e., “Residential 

     Units Total 450”), is amended there under to delete: “– Condominium Units 200 “and “– Apartment Units 250”.                       

3.  In Exhibit D, “Development Improvements”, the second sentence (i.e., “At least 200 residences will be

    condominiums and no more than 250 residences will be apartments”) is deleted.  


4.        In Exhibit I, “Public Infrastructure”, on page 11, under “Project Information”, “Condominium Units 200” is

      amended to state: “Apartment Units 200”, and the label shown on the building to the north (i.e., “Residential

     Condominium Units”) is amended to state: “Residential Apartment Units”.


NOTE: This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, and such counterparts shall constitute one and the same First Amendment.
