WELCOME to our JOINT MEETING in the interest of time efficiency, the following will prevail for comments by the public. Each speaker will be permitted 3 minutes to state his case.  Group presentations will be permitted 3 speakers including the spokesperson - each being limited to 5 minutes. No speakers will be interrupted. THANK YOU for participating in your City Government.

V.                 Minutes : Approval Minutes of September 24/25, 2007

      VII        Decision/Action Items:

  1. Authorize Issuance of RFQ Continuing Contract(s) Architectural/Landscape Architecture Professional Services within CRA District;
  2. Approve contract extension with Land Design Innovations, Inc. to October 27, 2008;
  3. Discussion of a proposed change in the Downtown Maitland Revitalization Plan (DMRP) and Setting the Date for a Public Hearing on the Matter.

                  (a) Financing Chapter (Chapter IV)--Automatically incorporating the annual Council/CRA approved CIP as

                       part of the DMRP (currently using 2002 dollar estimates) without further formal amendment of the DMRP


  1. Discussion CRA By-Laws and Possible Amendments thereto and Setting Date for Public Hearing on the Matter.
  2. Appointment -CRA “Steering Committee” as called for in the Downtown Master Plan (Page 56);
  3. Setting CRA and CRAAB Meeting Schedules for 2008 (Quarterly- January, April, July and October);


VIII. Board’s Discussion:         

  1. Discussion of Development in the vicinity of the Commuter Rail Station – Transit Oriented Development (TOD)

      2.    Update—The Quarters (Old Packwood Apartments)

      IX.    Member Discussion/Reports

 X.    Adjournment
