WELCOME to our Community Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting. In the interest of time efficiency, the following will prevail for comments by the public. Each speaker will be permitted 5 minutes to state his case. Group presentations will be permitted 3 speakers including the spokesperson - each being limited to 5 minutes. No speakers will be interrupted. THANK YOU for participating in your City Government.

1.       Funding of Continuing Contract with Borrelli + Partners, Inc for Third Party Architectural Review services—Brossier Site Plan Proposal;

2.       Contracting with Consultant for Appraisal Services for City Owned property—Maitland Town Center—Firm to be Determined [THIS ITEMS WILL BE DEFERRED – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED FOR EVALUATION PRIOR TO PRESENTATION TO CITY COUNCIL/CRA BOARD

3.       Contracting with the Firm of Economics Research Associates (ERA)—Third Party Project Planning Assessment Services- Review –Maitland Town Center--Tom Moriarity, Principal     

4.       Contracting  for third party review services with Kimley Horn—Cliff Tate, Principal—Brossier Proposal Traffic Study
