WELCOME to our JOINT MEETING in the interest of time efficiency, the following will prevail for comments by the public. Each speaker will be permitted 5 minutes to state his case.  Group presentations will be permitted 3 speakers including the spokesperson - each being limited to 5 minutes. No speakers will be interrupted. THANK YOU for participating in your City Government.

     VII.     Board’s Discussion: 

1.      Community Development Districts- Financing Tool- Brossier Proposal: Several questions were articulated in the work Session on the 22nd  relative to the “details of how this financial tool could be utilized in implementing the Brossier proposal This presentation will start to answer those questions.

2.      Architectural Detail: Two different views, 5 different views are in development phase prior -- 3D modeling exercise to follow. The Presentation by Baker Barrios will address the specifics of the design with respect to the density, height, and building step backs after 3 stories (40 feet along Independence lane).

3.      Structured Parking: This presentation will address internal traffic flow and parking needs for the development. Presentation structured parking consultant -. Robert A. Chapman – Principal, Laura Barbero-Buffa, engineer, Walter P Moore Company.

4.       Introduction of the Objectives Matrix—First Draft: This presentation made by City Staff, is to introduce the categories and initial listing of the City’s and Developer’s objectives.
