V.           Public Comment: The CRA Board will receive and will consider comments from the public relative to the proposals being considered during this time period.

VI.        Decision Item(s):

   The CRA Board will convene to consider/determine the following:

 

·         Determine if all proposals submitted are responsive to the published 380 Notice and the guidelines governing the preparation and submission of the proposals     received on April 4, 2014;

·       Determine a final ranking of the responsive proposals;

·         Determine whether the City should pursue an agreement to transfer an interest or convey City land as part of the redevelopment process specified in the 380 Notice for each applicable proposal. Any resulting draft Development Agreement would be subject to review and recommendation by CRAAB, DRC and P&Z and final approval by the CRA Board and City Council.  The Board may consider which, if any, parcels may be transferred or conveyed, under what terms and conditions the transfer or conveyance could be made.  Any resulting draft Development Agreement would be subject to review and recommendation by CRAAB, DRC and P&Z and final approval by the CRA Board and City Council.
