Location: The property is located at 1404 Caring Court, Maitland, Florida 32751, Lots 13 through 23, The Enclave at Maitland.
Request: The applicant is requesting to amend auxiliary structure setbacks for lots 13 through 23 (single-family homes). The setback request is to have the approved 20’ rear setback apply to the principal structure and allow pool enclosures to have a 5’ rear setback.

Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a seven story (75’) residential condominium building with sixty units and a parking garage included within the height of the structure.

Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a 40,000 square foot office building (4 story, sixty five feet high) with 3 stories of office area on top of the single level at grade parking area (160 parking spaces).

Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a mixed-use development of approximately 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space that fronts Orlando Avenue and 450 high-end Multi-family residences contained in four story buildings that wrap around an above-ground parking garage.

Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a roundabout at Gamewell Avenue and Robinhood Drive to implement part of the Greenwood Quality Neighborhood Program for traffic calming.
